OCTs also have access to European programmes and external assistance instruments.
 

Article 94 of the OAD for the 2014-2020 period describes this eligibility.

For the 2014-2020 period, OCTs are eligible in particular to the following programmes:

• Horizon 2020 (Research and innovation)
• COSME  (SME, innovation)
• Erasmus + (Education and Youth)
• Health in favour of growth(Health)
• Creative Europe (Culture)
• DCI(Development Cooperation Instrument)
