OCTA Ministerial Conference and 13th OCT-EU Forum

Upon assuming the chair of the Overseas Countries and Territories Association (OCTA), on 27 February 2015 the British Virgin Islands hosted the 13th Forum for Dialogue between the Overseas Countries and Territories (OCTs) and the European Union. Under the chairmanship of EU Commissioner Mimica, the Forum welcomed high-level delegations of more than 20 OCTs, the four Member States (MS) to whom they are related (France, the United Kingdom, Denmark, the Netherlands) and the European Commission.
